Meet the founder, James.

With a background and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, There has always been interest in Electronics and how things worked. One day back in in 2014, a friend of mine cracked the screen on their iPhone 5 and I was like, this cannot be so hard to repair, so I purchased some parts online and with a little research, was able to successfully repair the phone. The look on my friend’s face was priceless. They thought they had a new phone! That's were it all started, right from my kitchen table.

From that point on I offered to repair my other friends phones and after a while I started having friends of friends call me for repair. I was like well, I can make a business out of this! So followed the proper protocols to start a business, took many exams and hands on training to become official and eventually became Certified IOS through Apple. Thousands of successful repairs later, business is still growing.

Our Business Model is to be as flexible and convenient as possible to service the customer by offering on the spot mobile repairs, and also giving the option to bring devices into our office. Our ultimate goal is to continue to grow and create a large network of techs to service any type of electronic in the DMV area for residents, commercial and government entities.
