📦 Mail-In Repair: Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Submit the Form
Fill out the form below with your device details and a description of the issue.

Step 2: Receive an Estimate & Diagnostic Invoice
After we review your submission, we’ll send you:
• A repair estimate
• A $49 non-refundable diagnostic invoice

Step 3: Ship Your Device
Once the diagnostic fee is paid, you’ll be responsible for shipping the device to us using your preferred carrier.

Step 4: Device Evaluation
After we receive your device, we’ll perform a full diagnostic to determine if a repair is possible.

Step 5: Outcome & Next Steps

If the device is repairable:
 • You’ll receive a final invoice that includes the repair cost and return shipping fee.
 • Once paid, we’ll complete the repair and ship your device back.

If the device is not repairable:
 • You can request return shipping at your expense, or
 • Choose to have us recycle or dispose of the device at no cost.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• The $49 diagnostic fee is non-refundable and covers time and tools used during evaluation.
• Any data not previously backed up may be lost during repair.
• Return shipping is only covered if the repair is approved and completed.
